We aim to make every referral as simple and straightforward as possible, keeping communication clear at every stage.
Contact us to discuss your referral and the individual’s needs. We’ll answer any questions and advise on the most appropriate next steps.
We’ll gather the relevant information, agree the scope of the referral and arrange an assessment where appropriate.
We’ll carry out a comprehensive occupational therapy assessment and provide clear recommendations and, where required, a written report.
We’ll continue working collaboratively with the individual, their family and the wider multidisciplinary team to provide tailored support.
